Once Upon a Time

Mrs. Rocha and her late husband saw the need for a food product with the taste from home. 

Since both of them had worked at a tortilla company in the past they decided to go with what they knew and loved. Instead of following the trend of using corn flour to make tortillas and chips, they choose to cook the corn from scratch and make their products from beginning to end.

Our Commitment

Our organization is family owned and oriented. All of Mrs. Rocha’s children are involved in running the business and majority of the employees have been with the company for more than five years.

Our Vision

Is to continue to provide natural and quality products in the Bay Area. Tortillas, corn chips, masa for tamales and tortillas, tostadas and taquitos are staples in the Latin kitchen. We strive to produce quality and natural products that are synonymous with Latin cooking in the Bay Area.

We understand that price and quality are important to our consumer base; therefore, we are committed to continuing to make a quality and well priced product. One of our goals is to capture more of the corn chip market by offering outstanding freshness and unparallel homemade taste.

Since 1983

This tradition has been kept despite the rise in raw materials and manufacturing costs. La Finca Tortilleria, Inc. was establish in 1983 and will be reaching 41 years of business next year!
